7 Easy Steps to Redeem Your Rewards Points
Important information about your account: When you place an order, your name and email will be entered into our loyalty app. You'll receive an email about Creating an Account. If you don't create an account, you will still receive emails about your points but you will not have an active account. If you want to check your points and/or redeem them, you will need to Create an Account. You can do so using the purple pill shape button on the lower right of our website or the Account icon on upper right.
- Login to your account with your email and password by clicking on the purple capsule on lower right corner of your screen or Account icon on upper right.
- After you login, you’ll first see My Account page that shows your Order History.
- To see your Rewards, click on the Purple capsule button again and a pop-up opens that’ll show your points and available rewards.
- To Redeem your points, click on the Reward you’d like to Redeem. Switch to Tier tab to see more Rewards for Gold and Platinum members.
- After clicking on the Reward you’d want to redeem, you’ll see the Redeem button appear to the right.
- Click on the Redeem button and you’ll get a code. Copy and paste this code to use at checkout. Note: You must have the Reward product in your Cart before trying to apply the code.
- You’ll also receive an email with the same code. The code is available for up to one year upon redeeming. If you’re not ready to redeem your points save them until you're ready. Only one code can be used at checkout.
