JOYFUL BATH CO RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your business! We value you as a customer and hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached accompanied by a Joyful Bath Co receipt.
To return an item, please email your order number and reason for return to email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your receipt, provide your order number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: any used items or partially used merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a refund or exchange.
- All items on “Sale” are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items include discounted merchandise, Boo Boos, Scratch ‘n Dent, Clearance Tub, Flash Sale’s Promo Code, Free with Purchase and/or Sitewide Sale.
- If you have not received your order after carrier delivery confirmation, you will need to file a claim with UPS or USPS with the tracking number in your delivery confirmation. We will not issue refunds for orders not received after carrier has issued delivery confirmation.
