Be Gentle with Yourself and Others
With the uncertainty that life is dishing out right now, there are days when I just don't feel like pushing myself. Especially, when feeling stressed. If I look at all the items on my list, I can get easily overwhelmed. This is the time I remember to be gentle with myself.

If you're achievement oriented like me, it's important to take a moment and ask, "What do I really need to get done today?" Then, take a deep breath and start taking thing one step at a time. One by one, crossing items off the list.
Perhaps a lot of people posting their achivements online are hoping to inspire others rather than make anyone feel badly for underachieving. Whatever the motivation, I find it's important not to compare or judge ourselves. We're all on our own journeys and handling these stressful days the best we can.
I'm reminding myself to be gently with myself. I suggest you do too. We are all in this together, no matter how divided it may appear sometimes.
