Hemp CBD for Wellness
We think that it’s a good thing that CBD is being recognized more for it’s great healing benefits for muscle and joint pain. Although, it can be ingested, I prefer topicals.
It’s CBD Day, which got me to thinking about my first CBD bath bomb experience. I had no idea what to expect and like most people I’ve come into contact with that have never heard of CBD or it’s healing benefits- I was skeptical.
"relaxed and zen"
I went into the bath with an open mind and at the very least expecting a nice warm bath with our Peace Out Patchouli Bath Bomb. I love patchouli scented things and the bath bomb I was about to use had a wonderful sensual aroma. I thought I'd soak in the bath for 10 minutes or so, but I was in there for 40 minutes feeling completely relaxed and zen. After the bath my body felt relaxed, more limber and the usual pain on my legs and feet was now gone. I slept all night. It was awesome!
Some recommendations: Try a bath to soothe your sore legs after a long walk around the neighborhood. If you like to workout, use a hemp bath bomb or salts to help you recover faster. When you can't soak in a bath, try our hemp balm and use it on the go! Useful for your skin to help with minor skin irritations, muscle and joint pain too!
"celebrate the day"
I personally use hemp balm everyday to manage wrist and shoulder aches. I’m on the computer for long stretches of time, and having CBD balm close at hand makes those periods more bearable.
However, you like to use CBD and celebrate the day, it’s a great ingredient to help with your overall sense of well being.
