Take a Foot Bath!
Tuesday 20 Jan 2009If you don’t have time for a bath or just don’t have a bathtub, try taking a foot bath to soak up the many therapeutic benefits of our luxurious bath salt blends.
Reflexologists and other body workers pay a lot of attention to the role of feet in staying healthy and happy. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 lid full of salts into a small plastic tub or other type of container that allows hot water to cover your feet and ankles. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes. While soaking your feet, close your eyes, breath deeply and let your body and soul relax and detoxify.
