Sophie’s Favorite

Sixth grader, Sophie Mittelstadt, takes her sports seriously. Not only is she a competive short track speedskater training six days a week, she just earned her 2nd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Sophie attends the Silver Spring International Middle School French Immersion program in Silver Spring, Maryland. When not doing sports, Sophie plays violin and piano.
After her workouts, Sophie loves to take a bath and Joyful Bath Co. bath salts are her choice for the tub. "I really like all of them but my favorites are Oatsy Floatsie and ‘Nilla Buttermilk. I used Epsom salts the other day and they didn’t work as well."
